Step 1: Click on ‘Connect WhatsApp’ on your dashboard’s home(https://dashboard.bik.ai/home)
Step 2: Select ‘New Whatsapp number’.
If you don’t have a fresh number or if you want to migrate, please contact your GSM/Schedule a call with our Onboarding expert
Step 3: Check your FB account and provide the required permissions
- Press ‘Continue as FB account selected’
- If you are not logged in on Facebook, you’ll be asked to login here
- Please ensure that for the account through which you want to create the WABA(WhatsApp Business Account), you are the admin of the Business in Facebook Business Manager
