What you can now do

You can connect Manifest's order tracking UI to BigCommerce in addition to Shopify, layer AfterShip on top of either to enrich shipment data, add custom fields that surface any value from your order payload, and generate a personalised buyer message at the bottom of the tracking view — all without code changes.

Setup takes ~10 minutes end to end.

Prerequisites

• A Manifest account with the Order Handling skill enabled
• Access to your order source platform (Shopify or BigCommerce) and its API credentials
• If using AfterShip: an active AfterShip account and API key
• Navigate to: Order Handling skill → Enrichment Settings tab

Step 1 — Connect your order source

Under Order Source, select the platform your orders live on.

Shopify

1. Shopify Selected by Default

BigCommerce

Note : This appears only if the Bigcommerce was integrated from the Integrations Tab.

1. In order to Integrate Bigcommerce from the Integrations Tab :
   1. Click Connect BigCommerce.
   2. Enter your Store Hash (found in your BigCommerce control panel URL: store-{hash}.mybigcommerce.com).
   3. Paste your BigCommerce API Access Token (generate one under Advanced Settings → API Accounts in your BigCommerce dashboard, with at least Orders: read-only scope).
   4. Click Save.
2. Then you will see the Bigcommerce in the dropdown of Order Source

You can only have one active order source at a time.

Switching order sources does not delete your Custom Fields or Message Prompt configuration.
