How much time does it take for Shopify integration to get completed?
Upon installation and approval of BIK charges, BIK initiates the process to sync your customer, order and product data. It takes anywhere between 1-4 hours for the entire data sync process to be completed. The time taken for the data sync is dependent on the size of your store data, i.e # of customers, orders and products
Why does BIK request permission for product, customer, and order data during the app installation process?
BIK requests access only to data that is absolutely necessary for users to derive value from the product. Currently, we request access to read_orders, read_customers, and read_products. These three scopes are used within the Segment Builder to create intelligent cohorts, helping brands achieve higher ROI.
For example, you can create a high-value cohort, such as users who have placed more than three orders in the past three months, using the Segment Builder.

I want to run a campaign on all the users who have spent more than Rs 10,000 on my platform. How do I do that using BIK?
If your Shopify store is <6 months old, then you can directly create such a cohort within BIK’s Segment Builder.
If your Shopify store is >6 months old, then this can only be done after BIK gets access to read_all_orders of your Shopify store. Please reach out to [email protected] to get this access added to your BIK app
